For Groups
I accompany groups, teams and collectives through phases of conflict, stocktaking, reorientation, coming to terms with the past, change processes or developing new visions for joint work.
I take on the role of moderator and process designer, guided by the topics, concerns and wishes of the group.
My approach is impartial: I remain neutral toward individuals and positions alike. My aim is to promote dialogue and create a safe, open space for everyone.
On request, I also work with methods that involve the body and enable movement in the room.
I look forward to getting to know you and working with you.
Are you a new collective looking for support to get organised?
Do you have different ideas about the future and want to work together as a group to develop a shared vision?
Possible Topics & Concerns
→ Clarification of roles and responsibilities
→ Strengthening cooperation, sense of unity
→ Reflecting on and shaping team culture and values
→ Clarifying shared vision(s) and goals
→ Supporting decision-making processes
→ Conflict management
→ Dealing with homogeneity or diversity
→ Dealing with stress, pressure and excessive demands
→ Exchange between management and team
→ Development and introduction of new working methods
Consultation Process
To clarify the assignment, I first conduct a brief preliminary telephone conversation (5–10 minutes) with a person from the group – for example, a manager, group leader or representative. During this conversation, we roughly clarify the issue and context and then arrange a detailed initial consultation.
This initial meeting (Contracting I, approx. 60 minutes) serves to agree in detail on the concerns and goals for the consultation. If desired, it can also take place together with a second person from the group in order to include different perspectives. Ideally, it takes place on site, but can also be conducted via video call.
Once the assignment has been clarified, the first group meeting follows. This also serves to align the concerns of the group representative with the concerns and expectations of all team members (Contracting II).
Depending on the issue at hand, team counselling, conflict mediation or team development can range from a single workshop day to longer-term support over several months or years.
Price Per Session
A single team consultation usually lasts between 1.5 hours and a whole day. Depending on the duration, group size and financial resources, the price for a session can vary greatly.
