As a systemic consultant, I can support you through difficult transitional situations or facilitate discussions about roles and responsibilities within your team. I primarily work with issues arising from your professional context, but I am also very interested in your personal situation, your physical and mental well-being, and the social and structural conditions in which you live.

Who It's For

My services are aimed at you and you as a team if...
→ You need or want to make an important decision
→ You want to change your professional or personal situation
→ You have lots of ideas and are looking for someone to think them through with
→ You are exposed to many stress factors and want to find out what can help you
→ You want to resolve a conflict within your team
→ You are looking for new forms of collaboration in your group or team

I work particularly frequently with people from the arts, culture and education sectors, but also with people who work in other professional or creative contexts and want to better understand their own actions in interaction with their environment.

What It's For

I support you in recognising your own abilities and questioning ingrained patterns of thinking. Counselling can help you to view your situation from a different perspective and gain new insights into it - and sometimes, very pragmatic solutions provide quick relief.

How I Work

Thanks to many years of experience as a project manager in the theatre and arts context, I bring a great enthusiasm for everything that is process-oriented and still unformed. I am skilled at taking on different perspectives and enjoy open questions, big visions and complex relationship constellations.

I work with the attitude that you know best what is good for you and what you no longer want. I see my task as creating as clear but open a framework as possible for your concerns, allowing you to try out, reject and adopt new perspectives.

What Does ‘Systemic’ Mean?

‘Systemic’ means that every person is part of a complex relationship structure and therefore part of a ‘system’. The system is made up of personal, individual experiences and abilities, personal values and beliefs, interpersonal relationships, and social and political conditions. Systemic work is about looking at the problem at hand and the desired solution not in isolation, but in the context of their environment.

The systemic approach is based on findings from psychology, biology and sociology.

I grew up in a small town nestled between mountains and lakes, at a time when the CD had just established itself as the most popular music format. Moving to the flatlands of Europe, I came of age, and discovered the space in between, nurturing a fondness for everything that doesn’t quite fit into a box.

From 2024 to 2026, I am training as a Systemic Consultant and Process Facilitator at isiberlin - Institut für Systemische Impulse. I studied Transdisciplinary Arts at the Zurich University of the Arts, Cultural Studies and Aesthetic Practice at the University of Hildesheim, and Philosophy and Media Studies at the University of Basel. In my artistic work, I move through research, imagination, and manifestation. I cultivate long-term engagements with figures that seem like by-products of our time: post-patriarchal concrete objects, late-capitalist model humans, feminist plastic vessels for the collection of cultural matter. As a systemic consultant and facilitator, I follow my fascination with interpersonal spaces of thought within the social field of work.

I live and work in Zurich and Berlin.
