Consultation Process
After an initial non-binding telephone or e-mail conversation to clarify your concerns and organisational questions, we will schedule a first appointment.
During this consultation, we will collect, organise and prioritise the topics and define goals for the process. The next steps will be agreed upon individually.
Depending on your concerns, I recommend 1–5 sessions of 60 minutes each. Longer-term support is also possible.
Costs
Individual counselling: CHF 120 / 60 minutes
The initial consultation lasts 1.5 hours and is charged at the standard rate.
The preliminary telephone consultation is free of charge.
Scheduled appointments are binding and will be charged if not rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. My consultations are exclusively for self-paying clients; unfortunately, it is not possible to bill through health insurance.
A social tariff can be agreed for those on low incomes – please just talk to me if this is necessary. We will find a solution.
